We’re looking for

one bar-raising Marketing Intern

who can

ship AI images and 9–12s videos daily , keep styles consistent, publish across major social platforms, and learn from the numbers. This role is ideal for a

non-linear, self-taught, or cross-discipline

creator with expert-level AI skills. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

AI Creative Production Use

LLMs + image + video + audio/subtitle tools

(e.g., ChatGPT/Gemini, SDXL/Midjourney, Sora/Veo/Runway, plus basic editing such as CapCut/AE/Premiere) to produce: Images : themed batches with

style locks

(color palette, typography, logo safe-zones). Short videos

(10-30s): hook → action → brand-safe ending; clean captions/subtitles. Maintain a

prompt & parameter repository

(incl. negative prompts), reusable templates (transitions/LUTs/overlays), and an organized asset library. Social Media Management (Foundational) Own a

weekly content calendar ; schedule posts via native tools or approved suites; ensure cross-platform sizing/metadata. Write platform-appropriate

hooks, captions, and CTAs

in English; maintain a tone map for TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts/X/LinkedIn. Community ops : reply to comments/DMs using playbooks; tag mentions; capture UGC leads; escalate issues per SOP. Basics analytics : track impressions, watch-through, saves/shares, follower delta; flag winners and propose v2/v3 iterations. Ensure

compliance : FTC disclosures (#ad when applicable), music/font/media licensing, safe claims, consent forms & recordkeeping. Collaboration & Cadence Mon: 1-hr planning → storyboard. Tue–Fri: daily ship with small A/Bs. Fri: metrics and next-week iteration plan. Work cross-functionally with marketing/design/sales for campaign alignment and asset reuse. Requirements Requirements (Must-haves)

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related majors; advanced postgraduate degrees a plus. English for creation (CEFR B2+/C1-) : native-like short-form copy (hooks, captions, CTAs); clear async written updates. Expert-level AI creation across ≥4 tool-chains : LLM (script/prompting) · image gen (SDXL/Midjourney/ComfyUI etc.) · video gen/edit (Sora/Veo/Runway/CapCut/AE) · audio/subtitle. Style consistency evidence : demonstrate locked look across a batch; no drift; logo/text/fingers correct. Fast troubleshooting

of AI artifacts: finger count, warped logos, fuzzy lettering, edge artifacts—have a repeatable fix. Foundational social ops : content calendar, scheduling, basic analytics, community replies, and FTC/licensing basics.
