Job Title: Email Developer

Job Summary The Email Developer is responsible for coding, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns, including daily sends, triggered messages, targeted campaigns, and automated workflows. This role requires expertise in HTML, Liquid, and dynamic content functionality within platforms such as Braze and Movable Ink. The Email Developer ensures high-quality rendering, customer segmentation, and testing protocols to deliver engaging and effective campaigns that align with marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities Develop, code, and configure complex email campaigns incorporating dynamic content using HTML, Liquid, and advanced features in Braze and Movable Ink. Execute campaigns with precision, focusing on customer segmentation, quality assurance, testing, and technical accuracy. Implement dynamic content strategies aligned with marketing goals and ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Create and maintain email content based on audience attributes and campaign requirements. Conduct thorough testing, including A/B and multivariate, to optimize campaign performance and ensure accurate rendering across devices and platforms. Oversee quality control processes for all campaigns, ensuring flawless execution after dynamic content integration. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop solutions, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Contribute positively to team dynamics with a solution-oriented mindset. Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in email marketing and/or email development (required). Proficiency with email service providers (ESPs), preferably Braze and Movable Ink (required). Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Liquid for dynamic content execution. Hands-on experience with email testing methodologies, including A/B and multivariate testing (required). Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and align with overall marketing strategies. Detail-oriented with a focus on rendering accuracy and campaign quality.
