About this role
We're looking for a mid-level
Product Designer (3-4 years of experience)
to help shape the future of AI-powered finance automation. As one of the first designers on the team, you'll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to design intuitive, AI-native workflows for billing, invoicing, and receivables.
You'll thrive if you love operating in ambiguity, exploring new interaction models, and making AI agents feel both powerful and trustworthy. In this small, high-leverage environment, your design decisions will have immediate product and customer impact.
What you'll do Design AI-first product experiences across billing, invoicing, collections, and finance agent workflows. Partner with PMs and engineers from discovery through shipping to bring new concepts to life. Explore how agentic AI workflows should behave-what they do automatically, when they ask for input, and how they explain their reasoning. Move fluidly between broad concepts and tactical deliverables: from sketching a new finance copilot experience to refining a critical interaction for invoice approval. Prototype rapidly, testing ideas with internal stakeholders and customers. Contribute to design reviews and help build a strong design culture. Compensation & Benefits
