Job Title: Marketing & Operations Analyst
Location: Andover, MA Job Type: Full time, Onsite
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing & Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in supporting order fulfillment processes, execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, assisting with customer outreach, and optimizing CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot, be comfortable with a variety of marketing functions, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as sales and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment & Logistics:
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and manage any related customer communications
Track order status, resolve fulfillment issues, and communicate delivery ETAs to customers and/or sales representatives.
Assist with inventory tracking and product forecasting.
Sales Team Support & Collaboration:
Provide ongoing support to the sales team by ensuring they have up-to-date, accurate information on leads, opportunities, and customer behavior.
Maintain a strong relationship with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales efforts.
HubSpot Management & Automation:
Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM to enhance improve lead generation, and streamline marketing workflows / outreach.
Configure and maintain email automation, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies within HubSpot to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Monitor Hubspot analytics to track performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Conduct regular audits of CRM data to ensure it is organized and aligned with marketing and sales strategies.
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the company’s CRM system, ensuring data is correctly entered and updated.
Customer Outreach & Engagement:
Develop and implement effective customer outreach strategies across multiple channels (email, social media, direct mail, etc.).
Collaborate with the leadership team to create and distribute content that drives engagement, customer retention, and brand loyalty.
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Social Media Management:
Oversee day-to-day social media activities, including posting, engagement, and responding to customer comments or questions.
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and brand identity.
Track social media performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with HubSpot (CRM, email automation, workflows, etc.) is preferred.
Experience with order fulfillment and customer service processes.
Familiarity with marketing campaign management (both digital and traditional) and social media platforms.
Experience supporting sales teams and ensuring alignment between marketing and sales initiatives.
Technical Skills:
Experience in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
