HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts in a heated environment. Our unique concept combines the benefits of infrared heat with exercise to help members achieve more results in less time.
Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day studio operations and sales performance Achieve monthly membership and retail sales goals Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team Build community relationships and promote the HOTWORX brand locally Oversee social media and marketing initiatives Manage staff schedules, studio cleanliness, and customer experience Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ownership
What We're Looking For: 1+ years in sales and/or fitness studio, retail, or hospitality management Proven success in meeting sales goals and team leadership Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for fitness and wellness Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and some weekends
Compensation & Perks: Base salary of $40,000-$55,000 per year, based on experience Monthly performance bonuses Complimentary HOTWORX membership Discounted retail and merchandise Eligibility for health insurance benefits after 6 months of full-time employment Opportunities for growth and advancement within HOTWORX network
