The Role We are seeking a

Vehicle Product Design Architecture, Integration Lead

to own the top-level CAD assembly of a new four-wheeled light EV platform. This role emphasizes occupant packaging, ergonomics, and the seamless integration of major vehicle subsystems. You will drive cross-functional alignment, ensure system-level design integrity, and help transition our vehicles from prototype to production.

What You'll Do Own and manage top-level CAD assemblies, with emphasis on packaging, ergonomics, and subsystem integration. Apply structural engineering fundamentals (beams, columns, panels) to vehicle body design and manufacturing methods. Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, and industrial design teams to resolve packaging and interface issues. Lead integration reviews, clash detection, and design trade-offs to balance performance, manufacturability, and ergonomics. Drive structured workflows and integration processes in a fast-paced startup environment. Support documentation and coordination with manufacturing and supply chain for prototype-to-production transitions. What You'll Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 7+ years of experience in mechanical design and vehicle system integration (automotive, ATV, UTV, or similar). Expertise in 3D CAD (CATIA preferred), with a track record managing complex top-level assemblies. Proficiency with PLM systems, BOM management, and engineering release workflows. Demonstrated ability to integrate major subsystems while balancing requirements of A-class surfaces. Strong grasp of vehicle packaging and multi-domain design trade-offs.
