Position Purpose: The Marketing Optimization Monitoring & Compliance team is integral to enhancing processes and technologies while providing valuable insights. Our Analyst plays a key role in developing strategies that monitor business operations, enabling better decision-making through insightful KPI monitoring. This position supports the creation of governance processes to ensure effective data and system management. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Communication (20%):

Collaborate with leadership to monitor business changes and create comprehensive roadmaps—Quarterly, 1-Year, and 3-Year—that optimize marketing processes and address challenges. Operational Insights (40%):

Define operational KPIs and facilitate monitoring of End-to-End (E2E) campaign processes. Assess the usability and satisfaction of tools and processes among marketing teams, creating a continuous feedback mechanism to identify areas of improvement. Metadata & Taxonomy Governance (40%):

Design and oversee governance processes for marketing workflows and content platforms. Regularly monitor system data and content to maintain accuracy and integrity. Direct Manager/Direct Reports: Reports to Manager of Marketing Optimization. No direct reports. Travel Requirements: Overnight travel typically less than 10% of the time. Physical Requirements: Primarily sit in a comfortable position with frequent opportunities to move. Rare occasions may require light lifting. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a comfortable indoor environment with infrequent unpleasant conditions. No travel required. Minimum Qualifications: At least eighteen years of age. Legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in operational monitoring and measurement for insights. Familiarity with Marketing Technology including Content Management, Digital Asset Management, Orchestration, Activation, and DCO. Proficiency with tools for insights measurement like Tableau and Google BigQuery. Understanding of data taxonomy, governance, and metadata management. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Preferred Education: No additional education required. Minimum Years of Work Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
