About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to lead analytics, reporting, and performance measurement for our global marketing teams. This hands-on individual will transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, strengthen alignment with Sales and GTM, and provide clarity into how marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will embody both strategic vision and practical skills, capable of building insightful dashboards, defining impactful metrics, and partnering with senior leaders to enhance performance. You'll have a pivotal role in ensuring that marketing operates with precision, agility, and accountability. Responsibilities Analytics & Reporting Own the marketing analytics framework and reporting, from attribution through to pipeline and revenue contribution. Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and scorecards using tools like Salesforce and Tableau. Establish reporting methodologies for campaigns, ABM initiatives, SDR performance, and various marketing programs. Performance Measurement Collaborate with the marketing organization (demand generation, field marketing, content/social) to monitor the performance of key initiatives. Provide regular consultative insights to Marketing leadership regarding effective strategies and areas for optimization. Drive closed-loop reporting to ensure complete visibility from lead generation to opportunity and revenue. Data Infrastructure & Process Partner with RevOps, Sales Ops, and IT to guarantee data quality and integration across systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible, and Demandbase. Standardize reporting definitions, metrics, and taxonomies throughout the global marketing function. Business Partnering Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing and Operations leaders, offering data-driven recommendations. Translate complex data into simple, compelling insights that inform executive decision-making. Support quarterly and annual planning processes with performance data and benchmarks. Assist in ongoing meetings by providing necessary reporting. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 6-8+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or analytics roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology. Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible, Demandbase, and BI tools such as Tableau. Demonstrated ability to define KPIs, create dashboards, and analyze marketing performance across various channels. Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM strategies, digital marketing, and enterprise sales funnels. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights effectively to senior leadership. Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities. Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $126,400 - $184,000. Please keep in mind that the specified salary range serves as a general guideline and encompasses various labor markets across the U.S. It is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role; compensation decisions depend on various factors such as the position's scope and responsibilities, work experience, location, education, skills, and internal equity.
