POSITION SUMMARY The Paid Media Strategist is an integral part of the execution team, focused on managing SEM and PPC initiatives for roofing clients. This role supports the planning, building, and optimization of Google and Meta campaigns, pacing budgets to plan, and aligning performance with lead generation targets. The strategist works closely with web and sales teams to improve landing page performance, conversion tracking, and lead quality, while safeguarding accounts against inefficiencies and click fraud. Success is measured by delivering efficient Cost per Lead (CPL), driving strong lead-to-customer conversion rates, and maintaining sustainable Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Take charge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns post-onboarding, ensuring every roofing client receives tailored, targeted strategies that align with their business goals and growth trajectory. Manage and deliver on our target volume for Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Qualified Lead (CPQL). Your strategic planning and execution will be crucial in maintaining and exceeding these benchmarks, ensuring we exceed clients' expectations. Be responsible for building and refining campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. You'll expertly pace budgets according to plan, guaranteeing efficiency and resource optimization across all activities. Perform daily management of search terms and negatives to safeguard our campaigns from spam and click fraud, ensuring our strategies remain relevant and effective. Develop and implement comprehensive written test plans, focusing on ads, bids, audiences, and geographic targeting. Your analytical approach will ensure that every aspect of our campaigns is fine-tuned for success. Partner with our web team to enhance landing page performance, user experience, and forms. You'll spearhead conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests designed to elevate user engagement and satisfaction. Work closely with our sales team to close the loop on lead quality. You'll refine filters and routing processes to ensure each lead is not only captured but converted with precision. Publish detailed weekly reports and forecasts that outline next steps and potential risks. Your insights will be invaluable in crafting proactive strategies and adjustments. Lead the creation and management of funnel split tests using platforms like GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels. Your innovative approach will drive improvements in customer journey efficiencies and conversion outcomes. Proficient in managing paid, generative, and organic search. Performance Max campaigns, Local Service Ads, and SEMRush for comprehensive ad strategy and optimization. Capable of developing effective SEO strategies and using AI tools for advanced generative search optimization. Skilled in using the Conversions API to enhance campaign tracking and optimization. Experienced in aligning and optimizing Microsoft Ads with Google Ads for consistent cross-platform strategies. Proficient in configuring GA4 and GTM for event and conversion tracking, supporting cross-domain initiatives, with robust QA processes. Manage and upload offline conversion data accurately using HubSpot or GHL, focusing on GCLID and UTM alignment. Competent in designing with GHL, Clickfunnels, and Webflow, with foundational HTML and CSS skills for page customization. Advanced skills in using Excel or Google Sheets for data pivots, queries, and synthesizing insights in Looker Studio. Experienced in geo-targeting, managing location assets, and executing local SEO strategies for effective lead generation. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's in Marketing, Analytics, or similar. Equivalent experience accepted. 4+ years hands-on SEM/PPC management for lead gen. Proven single client delivery of +200 qualified leads per month at target CPQL. Call tracking experience. CallRail or similar. Google/Meta Ads Certification is preferred 10X TOTAL REWARDS
