This is a unique opportunity to drive design vision and strategy while working closely with a talented team of designers and UX writers. The ideal candidate will not only excel in product usability and visual quality but will also thrive in delivering solutions at speed. Key responsibilities include: Develop and scale a modern design system that aligns with our vision. Integrate AI technologies into the design workflow to enhance productivity. Cultivate a culture of rapid prototyping, user testing, and measurable learning across teams. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a B2B SaaS environment, leveraging your experience in cybersecurity as a valuable asset. To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: A robust background in leading product design teams within B2B software settings. Expertise in design systems, particularly using Figma or similar tools. A passion for integrating AI into design workflows, enhancing design speed and quality. Strong collaboration skills and a user-centered approach to design. Familiarity with cybersecurity is a plus, as is experience in scaling design organizations.
