SUMMARY OF POSITION As a Designer, you will be an integral part of our Creative Department, focusing on executing creative elements for brand activations, events, new business proposals, project recaps, and internal materials. The role demands adaptability, creativity, and a proactive approach to thrive in our dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will embrace interdisciplinary projects, manage multiple tasks effortlessly, and possess a passion for design while inspiring those around them. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS CONCEPTING:

Provide innovative design solutions, creating storyboards, layouts, mood boards, and mockups for initial project evaluations. DESIGN:

Produce exceptional 2D and/or 3D designs that reinforce project strategies, managing digital and print assets effectively. PRESENTATION:

Participate in internal and client presentations to enhance your presentation skills. INTERNAL COMMUNICATION:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative materials while maintaining quality. EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION:

Liaise with outside resources like vendors and printers for design completion, and support freelance creatives in their integration. PROJECT & TIME MANAGEMENT:

Work alongside cross-functional teams to manage timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables. INSPIRE:

Proactively seek inspiration and share insights to educate and energize the team. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. EXPERIENCE 2-5 years of agency or relevant internship experience focused on graphic design for events. A strong portfolio that showcases your creative work across digital and physical applications. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Skilled in presentation software such as Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Docs/Slides. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Dropbox. Knowledgeable about social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Understanding of production practices for print, fabrication, and on-site needs. Knowledge of print techniques, file preparation, and print standards. Exposure to 3D modeling software (Sketchup, Vectorworks, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with HTML and CSS is advantageous. Experience with Dreamweaver and After Effects is beneficial. OTHER QUALITIES AND SKILLS Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design concepts effectively to clients and team members. Proficient in translating strategic visions into compelling design deliverables. Adept at managing multiple projects and resources simultaneously. Exhibit a commitment to excellence and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate strong decision-making skills aligned with company policies. Collaborative team player who brings energy and creativity to projects. High energy, with flexibility to work non-traditional hours as necessary (including evenings and weekends). Compensation Range:

$66,560 - $96,560 annually. This range reflects OBE’s projected pay for this role at the time of posting, determined based on experience, relevant skills, and market factors.
