Ss. Simon and Jude Cathedral School is hiring: Social Media Intern in Phoenix

Volunteer Opportunity:

We’re looking for a creative and mission-driven Social Media Volunteer to help us engage and support our families, students, alumni, and staff, across our platforms. You’ll help plan, create, and schedule content that brings our posts to life.

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule 2-3 social media posts per week (primarily Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn)

• Repurpose content from our website, newsletters, and blog into visual posts

• Suggest and implement engagement strategies (hashtags, questions, trends, etc.)

• Monitor basic engagement and help respond to comments/messages (optional)

• Collaborate with our Director to stay aligned with campaigns and milestones

Qualifications:

• Experience with Canva (or willingness to learn)

• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills

• Passion for equity, dignity, and nonprofit missions

• Bonus: Familiarity with Instagram Reels, Facebook pages, or LinkedIn content
