Key Responsibilities
Lead the Creative department by applying industrial product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends for all marketing channels.
Work closely with business leaders to define merchandising and design strategies for our extensive range of over 43,000 B2B products.
Review and approve all catalog pages, direct mail, web designs, artwork, photographs, and copy to ensure adherence to brand standards and corporate communications.
Make timely creative decisions to meet various deadlines efficiently.
Oversee departmental budgets, managing both capital and operational expenditures, and addressing any issues related to production costs.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
15+ years of experience in the B2B industry, showcasing strong project management and leadership abilities.
15+ years in catalog production, print design, advertising, marketing, and direct-mail, with proficiency in both print and digital promotional strategies.
Experienced in digital asset management, catalog management systems, and the Adobe Suite.
