Fanatics Betting & Gaming is looking for an experienced Creative Recruiter to partner closely with our Marketing team in building world-class marketing and design talent. This role is essential to supporting high-priority hiring efforts across a diverse range of creative roles, including brand, social, creative studio and more.

You’ll work cross-functionally with the FBG TA team and creative hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire standout talent that aligns with our brand’s voice, mission, and design culture. This is a contract position and is open to Remote.

You’ll work cross-functionally with the FBG TA team and creative hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire standout talent that aligns with our brand’s voice, mission, and design culture. This is a contract position and is open to Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of creative and brand-focused roles across the FBG marketing organization.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and the internal TA team to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and culture fit.
  • Source passive and active candidates through creative channels: portfolio platforms, creative networks, LinkedIn, social, referrals, and niche job boards.
  • Review portfolios and creative work with a critical eye to identify top-tier talent.
  • Manage the candidate experience from outreach to offer, ensuring a high-touch, brand-right journey throughout.
  • Collaborate with recruiting coordinators and people partners to move candidates through the process efficiently.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future creative needs.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 focused on creative, design, or marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of the creative hiring landscape—including roles like brand designers, art directors, copywriters, motion designers, and content strategists.
  • Experience supporting in-house creative teams or recruiting within/for creative agencies.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to pitch the company and roles with authenticity and passion.
  • Adept at portfolio review and assessing visual work for quality, tone, and brand alignment.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a bias toward collaboration and results.
  • Background working in sports, entertainment, fashion, or lifestyle-driven brands.
  • A strong personal network in the creative community.

This is a contract position and will be paid hourly. The annualized salary range is $90,000 - $150,000. (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
