Job Title: Packaging & Graphic Designer
Reports To: Art Director/Product Manager
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Packaging & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will focus on developing high-quality packaging that aligns with brand identity, product specifications, and current market trends. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of materials, finishes, and printing techniques, and can work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure top-quality, compliant packaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conceptualize and Develop Packaging
    Design unique, high-quality packaging that reflects brand identity and product positioning.
    Research and stay updated on market trends to inspire innovative packaging solutions that appeal to target audiences.
  2. Material and Process Knowledge
    Select materials and finishes with a balance of durability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental sustainability.
    Apply knowledge of printing techniques to ensure designs translate accurately from concept to production.
  3. Collaborate Cross-Functionally
    Work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and suppliers to integrate cohesive design elements and maintain project alignment.
    Ensure packaging projects meet timelines and align with overall brand and product strategies.
  4. Quality Control and Compliance
    Oversee quality control processes to ensure all packaging meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
    Review pre-production samples, ensuring designs are consistent with the original vision and functional requirements.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (3+ years) in packaging design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative, market-aligned work.
  3. Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  4. Knowledge of materials, printing processes, and finishes relevant to packaging design.
  5. Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  6. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and compliance.

Preferred Attributes:
  1. Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials.
  2. Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and supply chain teams.
  3. Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and designs.
