About the Role
AWISEE is looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and expand influencer partnerships across the U.S. This role involves identifying top-tier influencers, negotiating collaborations, and executing data-driven campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the U.S. influencer landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies for the U.S. market.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across various social media platforms.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure partnerships align with brand goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with content, social media, and PR teams to maximize campaign impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and FTC guidelines for influencer marketing.
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent across influencer collaborations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital PR, or social media marketing.
- Strong network of influencers, agencies, and content creators in the U.S.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and emerging trends.
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
Base pay plus commission or bonus based on performance.
