Center for Mental Wellness & Assessments, Inc. is a growing private mental health practice committed to providing compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services to individuals and families. We believe in reducing stigma, building awareness, and creating safe spaces — online and in our community.

We’re currently seeking a creative and driven Media Intern Specialist to help expand our digital presence and support our mission through thoughtful, engaging content. This is a great opportunity for an independent professional who want a flexible, remote role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Help design visual assets for digital campaigns, blog posts, and educational materials
• Support the development of short-form video content (Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes)
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms
• Monitor social engagement and respond to comments/messages as directed
• Contribute ideas for mental health awareness campaigns, special observances (e.g., Mental Health Month), or client education
• Assist with basic email marketing, newsletter layouts, or Canva designs

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a program in Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in mental health, wellness, or healthcare communication
• Experience with Instagram, Canva, TikTok, or video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Creative eye and ability to follow branding guidelines
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with feedback
• Respect for confidentiality and sensitivity to mental health topics
