About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video & Motion Designer to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. In this role, you’ll concept, produce, and edit high-quality video content that drives awareness, adoption, and engagement with our brand and products. You’ll collaborate closely to support webinars, podcasts, product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer-facing initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Production
Develop compelling video concepts that support GTM initiatives, including webinars, podcasts, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Develop engaging animation and visual effects (VFX) to elevate storytelling and bring concepts to life.
Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate editing, enhance visuals, generate assets, and optimize production workflows.
Shoot and edit video content for a variety of platforms (short-form, long-form, social reels, tutorials, event recaps, customer interviews).
Collaborate on scripting, storyboarding, and production planning to align with GTM messaging and brand guidelines.
Project & Asset Management
Plan and deliver video content on schedule to support product and partnership milestones.
Maintain an organized digital library of video and audio assets for repurposing and future campaigns.
Track video performance and use insights to improve content impact and storytelling.
Maintain a consistent visual and narrative style across all content.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience producing and editing video content (preferably in a GTM, marketing, or product-driven context).
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to explain technical or product concepts in an engaging way.
Proficiency in animation or motion design to create dynamic, visually compelling content.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
Familiarity with podcast recording and editing, webinar platforms, and live-streaming tools.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
