Overview

On behalf with our customer we are seeking for UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic growing engineering team and help shape the visual experience of the platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing compelling UI/UX solutions for the product.

Our customer is a social commerce platform that helps retailers and eCommerce increase revenue by using social based features on their websites.

What You’ll Do

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX solutions for our platform, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Deliver extraordinary products by conducting a full design cycle, including research, ideation, validation, pixel-perfect UI design, delivery and post-launch testing.
  • Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across our platform.
  • Work in an agile and collaborative environment with your team of PMs, developers, analysts, other UX/UI designers and management stakeholders.
  • Ensure all designs align with both Terrific’s brand identity and our clients’ branding needs (white-label approach).
  • Work with data-driven insights to optimize designs for engagement and conversion.
  • Own the functional and visual design of your product.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design (preferably in social, e-commerce, SaaS & digital platforms).
  • Strong grasp of UX patterns and the product lifecycle – from research to prototyping, design, usability testing and more.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and pixel-perfect design solutions.
  • Proficiency in Figma, and motion tools.
  • Strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design systems - building, maintaining, and implementing scalable UI components.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills, with a passion for learning new things.
  • Team player committed to the success of the team.
  • Understanding of conversion-driven design, user psychology, and interactive experiences.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and adapting to different brand identities (white-label experience is a plus).
