Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design visually compelling, responsive websites that enhance user experience and support client success. You will work closely with developers, product teams, and clients to design site layouts, user interfaces, and assets that align with project requirements. Your ability to blend strong visual design skills with user-centered principles will play a vital role in shaping digital experiences that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly website layouts and mockups that align with client needs and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and function seamlessly across devices.
- Manage and deliver web design projects on schedule, maintaining high-quality standards throughout.
- Apply best practices in UX/UI to create intuitive navigation, engaging visuals, and accessible designs.
- Participate in client and team discussions to refine requirements, gather feedback, and optimize design solutions.
- Stay up to date with web design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating new approaches where beneficial.
- Test and review web designs to identify usability issues, ensuring consistency and a polished final product.
- Document design processes, standards, and guidelines to ensure alignment across the design and development teams.
Role

- Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing website design projects, including responsive and mobile-first sites.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to work closely with developers and translate designs into functional websites.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end basics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile or collaborative development environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
