Key Responsibilities:
- Playbooks: Develop and maintain operational and support playbooks that provide step-by-step guidance for technical and non-technical teams.
- User Manuals & Guides: Create and update user manuals, getting started guides, and other instructional materials to help users effectively utilize our products.
- Release Notes: Write clear and detailed release notes for product updates, new features, and bug fixes.
- Process Documentation: Document internal workflows and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and knowledge transfer across the organization.
- Information Gathering: Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather information for new and existing documentation.
- Editing & Proofreading: Edit, proofread, and format all documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
- Tool Management: Manage documentation within content management systems (CMS) and other relevant tools.
