About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Content Marketer with a creative spark and a proven ability to grow organic channels through compelling, multi-format content. This high-impact, hands-on role involves owning the full content lifecycle—from ideation and production to publishing and performance optimization—across written, video, visual, and educational formats.

This is a maker’s role, ideal for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, and is deeply proficient with modern AI tools and content platforms. You’ll be a key player in our growth marketing efforts, directly contributing to our SEO, CRO, brand visibility, and lead generation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Content Channel Growth

  • Own end-to-end content creation and publishing across blog, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Continuously optimize content channels based on analytics and business priorities.

  • Repurpose and remix content across formats to increase reach and ROI.

Video Production

  • Script, record, edit, and publish original videos in both long-form and short-form formats.

  • Create social-ready clips from long-form content using tools like Descript, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.

  • Act as the face of the brand in videos, explainers, and live formats.

On-Camera & Event Hosting

  • Host or co-host podcasts, webinars, roundtables, and video interviews.

  • Plan and lead live events, from workshops to virtual summits.

Visual Content Creation

  • Design eye-catching visuals: infographics, thumbnails, carousels, and branded graphics.

  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., DALL·E, Midjourney) alongside Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for high-quality output.

SEO & Web Content

  • Write SEO-driven blog posts, landing pages, and conversion-focused copy.

  • Collaborate with SEO teams to align content structure, keyword usage, and internal linking.

  • Perform content audits and optimize pages for performance and clarity.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Improve web content and blog performance via testing and data analysis.

  • Refine messaging, layout, and CTAs to drive conversions.

  • Analyze competitor content and iterate accordingly.

Content Repurposing

  • Break down long-form assets into emails, graphics, video clips, and social posts.

  • Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to ideate, draft, and repackage content efficiently.

Educational & Messaging Content

  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

  • Create course materials, sales enablement content, and thought leadership assets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years in content marketing or content production with a portfolio of organic channel growth.

  • Native or near-native English writing and editing skills.

  • Expertise in video creation (recording, editing, publishing).

  • Strong on-camera presence and comfort hosting events or webinars.

  • Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney) and design/video platforms.

  • Ability to produce high-quality content independently across media types.

  • Deep understanding of SEO, CRO, and B2B buyer journeys.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines autonomously.

Nice to Have

  • Podcast production or repurposing experience.

  • Background in educational or instructional content creation.

  • Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Figma, Notion, Ahrefs, or Hotjar.

  • Experience with performance analytics and dashboarding.

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.

  • You independently produce and scale content initiatives with minimal oversight.
