Key job responsibilities * Serve as primary point of contact for marketing and advertising agencies, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives. * Enhance agency workflows and processes to drive operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness * Drive day-to-day paid media strategy and oversee agency execution across digital channels, including providing strategic direction, campaign optimization guidance, and performance reporting requirements. * Lead the agency in helping to develop quarterly marketing plans encompassing onsite, free offsite, paid offsite, and merchandising strategies. * Partner cross-functionally with Content, Creative, Product, and Monetization teams to align agency-developed quarterly marketing calendars with business objectives * Monitor performance metrics and create regular reports on campaign effectiveness BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels - Experience with paid media and owned and operated channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.) - Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives - Experience with multi-phased A/B test planning and execution

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
