Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, you'll develop and execute social media campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Support the creation of compelling content with excellent copywriting and a keen attention to detail.
  • Trend Analysis: Spot trending topics and cleverly weave them into your content strategies.
  • Content Curation: Develop eye-catching posts (including GIFs from video materials) and manage the content calendar effectively.
  • Social Media Management: Handle multiple platforms (such as Instagram and X) by scheduling, publishing, engaging with audiences, and analyzing performance. Create social plans, pitch innovative ideas, execute campaigns, and provide comprehensive reports.
  • Persuasive Copywriting: Write compelling content that encourages action (whether that be a purchase, sign up, or donation). Utilize SEO best practices and adhere to copyright laws while aligning strategies with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Navigate through various stakeholders and approval processes efficiently.
  • Social Media Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies and maintain consistency across all platforms.
  • Dashboard Management: Design and enhance dashboards for metrics and reporting, utilizing a data-driven approach.
  • Platform Expertise: Become highly skilled in management tools (like Sprinklr) and train team members on their use.
  • Teamwork and Optimization: Partner with managers, creators, and other stakeholders to improve workflows and automate operational processes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain best practices, guidelines, and process documentation.
  • Live Event Coverage: Provide live social media coverage during events as necessary.

What You'll Bring:

  • A comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and audiences, especially Instagram.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and innovative content.
  • A detail-oriented approach focused on quality.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr).

Your Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience managing social media events and user-generated content.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing brand-owned social channels.
  • 2-4 years coordinating social media activities for businesses, brands, individuals, or groups.
  • Experience curating content to enhance strategies and engage audiences effectively.
  • Creative agency experience is a bonus.
