Overview

Dynatrace is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to drive the accelerated adoption of cloud-native and AI-powered solutions, with a focus on AI observability, large language models (LLMs), and agentic AI systems observability. This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and collaborates with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, sales, and services to extend Dynatrace leadership and help enterprise customers and strategic partners achieve their objectives in the AI era.

Responsibilities

Go-to-market planning: Create and deliver go-to-market plans for AI observability use cases, including LLM monitoring, optimization, and agentic AI orchestration.

Messaging and positioning: Develop differentiated messaging for AI-enabled observability, focusing on trust, reliability, and ethical performance of LLMs and agentic AI systems.

Go-to-market activities: Coordinate across product management, marketing, and field teams to ensure AI and LLM observability updates reach relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Content creation: Produce product-related content for every stage of the funnel—field enablement, pitch decks, whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and solution briefs—highlighting Dynatrace’s capabilities in monitoring AI technologies that support autonomous agent workflows.

Sales enablement: Provide training and enablement on AI observability value propositions and competitive differentiation, including real-world customer stories.

Competitive intelligence: Partner with the CI team to assess the AI observability and agentic AI monitoring market landscape.

Conference presence: Represent Dynatrace at AI/ML and observability industry events, delivering thought leadership on AI, LLMs, and agentic AI observability.

Reporting and KPIs: Collaborate on goals for AI observability and related metrics.

What Will Help You Succeed Minimum Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, software engineering, computer science, or related field.

8+ years in product marketing, product management, or technical solutions engineering in the B2B enterprise market.

Preferred Requirement

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Deep familiarity with AI observability concepts (monitoring LLMs, model drift, and agentic AI orchestration frameworks).

Technical product marketing experience in AI, ML, or data-intensive platforms.

10+ years in product marketing or product management in the B2B enterprise market.

Open-source software experience a plus; MBA a plus.

Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex AI and cloud-native technologies.

Willingness to work across global offices and travel as needed.

Compensation DOE, annual salary of $160K - $195K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education, and location.
