The company provides a range of solutions for video games developers and publishers, including art and audio, testing, localization, and Player Engagement services such as technical support, community management, and trust & safety for AAA and indie studios.

This role focuses on strategic social media work, creating and managing high-impact content calendars across multiple platforms, from ideation to analysis and reporting. Strategy development and implementation are key aspects of the position.

Responsibilities Engage directly with players by responding to comments on different social media platforms.
Collaborate with team members to align on Tone of Voice, FAQs, and response guidelines to provide clear community communication.
Cover as the main point of contact for Community Managers when the CM Lead is on holiday or sick leave.
Manage client interactions when the CM Lead is unavailable.
Foster a positive work environment, build engagement, and resolve conflicts.
Develop calendars that include creative ideation and produce relevant and engaging content.
Schedule content across social channels and write copy that aligns with the brand voice.
Support campaign planning, audience and trend research, and brand building.
Coordinate with the studio to understand available imagery and create assets (static and video) when needed.
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media in gaming, in a Senior role.
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Passionate about video games and social media.
Strong understanding of social media/community management platforms and channels (Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Expertise with social listening and social management best practices.
Expertise with paid social media.
Experience managing or moderating a thriving gaming community.
Higher education in marketing, business administration, communication, or related fields.
Timezone: 9am to 5pm ET (flexible; NA timezones preferred).

There may be a second interview with a Project Manager and, for some projects, a final online meeting with the client.
