Your Impact As a CRM Marketing Operations Specialist, your role will be vital in enhancing Stout's sales performance through effective CRM management. You will play a key part in ensuring user engagement, maintaining data integrity, and enhancing user experiences within HubSpot. Your efforts will significantly drive efficiency, improve reporting, and support our Sales and Marketing teams, directly impacting our growth and scalability. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily CRM administration tasks, including user management and data governance.
Ensure high data quality through regular audits and deduplication, implementing process enhancements.
Support the integration of new HubSpot functionalities and automations designed to boost efficiency.
Create and upkeep training materials, process guides, and documentation for our Sales and Marketing teams.
Assist in onboarding new users and lead training sessions to enhance CRM adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards and reporting that support data-driven strategies.
Monitor CRM usage, addressing issues and seeking opportunities for optimization.
Assist in data integration among various internal systems and warehouses.
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on CRM experience, particularly with HubSpot.
Basic understanding of CRM data management principles and governance.
Meticulous attention to detail regarding data management and integrity.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication skills for effective documentation, training, and collaboration.
Ability to quickly learn new tools, troubleshoot effectively, and know when to escalate issues.
Eagerness to expand CRM knowledge and an interest in applying AI for enhanced efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HubSpot CRM, Operations Hub, and workflows, along with relevant certifications.
Background in B2B marketing or sales operations.
Familiarity with CRM integrations such as ZoomInfo and RingLead.
Experience in marketing automation, campaign tracking, or lead nurturing.
Capability to design dashboards and reports within HubSpot.
Knowledge of data governance best practices and handling clean-up projects.
