Job Description: • Clients is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to lead the design, execution, and optimization of personalized, data-driven campaigns. • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building and managing complex journeys where dynamic emails, content blocks, and Distributed Marketing drive the customer experience.

Key Qualifications: • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing; 4+ years hands-on managing campaigns and building journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Content Builder, Personalization, Intelligence, Distributed Marketing). Skilled in HTML, CSS, AmpScript, SQL, and JavaScript for data segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content. API knowledge is a plus. • Campaign & Email Expertise: Strong background in audience segmentation, campaign orchestration, distributed marketing execution, dynamic content-driven emails, and journey monitoring. • Analytical Abilities: Ability to interpret campaign and journey performance, optimize based on KPIs, and apply insights to improve engagement and conversions. • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities: • Campaign & Journey Execution: Design, configure, and launch multi-channel SFMC campaigns, ensuring that Distributed Marketing use cases, client lifecycle marketing, and personalized journeys are supported. • Dynamic Content & Email Development: Build highly personalized, responsive email templates using AmpScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. Create modular, reusable dynamic content blocks that scale across multiple journeys and campaigns. • Journey Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor journey health and email performance & SMS, track KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reporting that inform stakeholders of campaign results and business impact. • Optimization & Testing: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on templates, content, and journey logic. Use results to refine campaigns and continuously improve. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to align journey and email strategies with business objectives. • Data & Quality Control: Manage segmentation, list management, SQL-driven automations, and data cleansing to ensure accurate targeting and compliance.
