The Campaign Marketing Manager will play a key role in planning, developing, and executing integrated, audience-centric marketing campaigns that expand brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, this role supports a growing team responsible for driving pipeline growth across multiple customer segments. This position requires a creative and analytical marketer who can translate business objectives into multi-channel digital campaigns—coordinating across product, segment, digital, and sales teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns that move prospects through the funnel. Define and manage campaign strategies, content briefs, and channel plans aligned with target personas. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to build buyer journeys that support revenue goals. Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign ROI, conversion rates, and overall productivity. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success and alignment with business strategy. Stay current on B2B marketing trends, technology, and high-tech product messaging.

Qualifications 7+ years of experience leading omnichannel marketing campaigns, preferably within the high-technology sector. Proven expertise in inbound marketing, content marketing, ABM, lead nurturing, advertising, content syndication, email, SEM, and event-based programs. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Data-driven mindset; strong analytical ability to extract insights and optimize performance. Proficiency in marketing systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, and Power BI. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
