At Artisan, we’re building real AI employees - not copilots, not assistants, but autonomous teammates. Our first, Ava, is an AI BDR. She finds and researches leads, writes emails in customers’ tone of voice, runs outbound sequences, self-optimizes, and manages email deliverability infrastructure. She learns, adapts, and improves over time - just like a human would. Human team members use Artisan as their primary working platform, replacing a sprawling stack of sales tools, and have Artisans working alongside them. We went through Y Combinator (W24) and have raised $35M+ from top investors. We’re at $7M+ ARR, with hundreds of customers including Remote, Quora, and SumUp. We’re currently working on Ava 2.0, pushing the boundaries of what an AI employee can do. And we\u2019re hiring.
About The Role
This is a unique opportunity to work on the growth team at Artisan. We’re renowned for our marketing, and you’ll help us to double down on that. As a Growth Marketer, you’ll be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing all levers of growth, from top-of-funnel demand generation to product-led loops, conversion optimization, and expansion. You’ll partner directly with the CEO and growth team to design and execute a growth strategy that gets Artisan from $7M → $25M+ ARR in the next 12 months.
Growth Strategy: The full growth strategy across paid, organic, brand, and product-led motions
Acquisition: Scale inbound demand through performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, virality loops, and bold campaigns
Conversion: Build high-converting funnels across web, product, and sales hand-off; optimize every step with data
Product Growth: Drive PLG adoption - design onboarding flows, paywall moments, in-product upsell/expansion paths
Brand & Community: Turn Artisan into a cult brand. Architect viral campaigns, UGC loops, and social presence across LinkedIn, X, and beyond
Analytics & Experimentation: Build the growth model, own the dashboards, and run constant experiments across every channel
Leadership: Hire and lead a high-velocity growth team (performance, content, analytics, ops)
What You Bring
2+ years of growth/marketing experience
A creative, out-of-the-box mindset
A sense of grit and hunger, and willingness to work hard
Proven experience scaling to $10-100M ARR
