Overview Influencer Marketing Manager position at Acceleration Partners to develop influencer programs at scale within affiliate channels. You will manage client relationships and own the development and execution of influencer program strategy, including recruitment, content, communication, incentive, and optimization strategies tailored to each client’s goals. Responsibilities PROGRAM STRATEGY & EXECUTION – Develop custom influencer programs aligned with client goals, monitor performance, budget spend, and pacing; provide strategic recommendations to optimize performance and spend; stay current with influencer industry trends. CLIENT SERVICE & COMMUNICATION – Serve as the primary client contact, build trusted relationships, deliver outputs in the AP style, and maintain high client satisfaction and retention. REPORTING & ANALYSIS – Analyze influencer program performance using multiple data points, present data-driven recommendations, and educate clients on analytics across upper- and lower-funnel metrics. INFLUENCER PARTNER OPTIMIZATION – Design recruitment, content, communication, incentive, and optimization strategies to foster long-term creator partnerships; negotiate longer-term media packages; guide influencers on affiliate landscape best practices. PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT – Manage multiple programs with strong organization, prioritize tasks, identify new opportunities, and proactively resolve misalignments. What Success Looks Like By 2 months: understand each client’s goals and target market; establish relationships with client contacts; lead routine calls and deliverables; become familiar with AP tools and the affiliate landscape; operate independently on ~70% of actions. By 4 months: manage a portfolio with minimal guidance, operate independently on ~90% of actions, analyze client data to optimize outcomes, and meet client KPIs with a high client rating.
