Summary:

The Web Content Coordinator will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the digital presence across the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, and Hard Rock Stadium properties. Partnering closely with the Digital Marketing team, this position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing web and mobile app copy and content to deliver an engaging user experience while supporting enterprise-wide marketing and business goals.

This role offers the opportunity to directly impact the digital experience for fans and customers, contributing to the success of some of the most exciting sports and entertainment brands in the world

Location:

  • This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team and cross-functional partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure timely execution of web and app updates aligned with organizational goals.
  • Perform content updates and ongoing site maintenance across multiple business verticals, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Implement and monitor content and SEO strategies to enhance search visibility and user engagement.
  • Build and maintain optimized landing pages, incorporating performance-driven design principles to enhance conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with ADA/WCAG standards across all digital properties, maintaining accessibility for all users.
  • Identify opportunities for content improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring cohesive messaging and seamless user experience.
  • Analyze website and app performance metrics to inform ongoing content optimization efforts and report key insights to relevant teams.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in content management or a related digital field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in writing or editing web copy with best practices knowledge
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress using web builders such as Avada, Elementor, or similar, Contentful, Magento, or similar) is required.
  • Grammar and language proficiency (Copywriter background is preferred)
  • Experience with Pocket or Yinzcam CMS platforms is a preferred.Strong understanding of best practices in web content optimization.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects across diverse business verticals.
  • Experience with sports or events-based content is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • HTML and CSS fundamental knowledge required.
