Job Summary

As the Social Media Manager, you will help concept and strategize the vision, execution, and performance outcomes for Fanatics Casino social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Reporting into the Senior Organic Social Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the content strategies for these channels and partnering with internal and external teams to bring them to life

What You'll Do

In this role, you will own the activation plans for social media platforms, playing a critical role to represent our casino brand personality in compelling, social-first assets, series, and campaigns, with overall goals to grow audience size, deepen engagement, and increase awareness of Fanatics Casino.

You will:
  • Serve as the directly responsible individual and primary internal point of contact for activation on organic social media platforms, owning audience growth goals for these channels.
  • Develop strategic playbooks tailored to the unique audience behaviors and needs of each platform to guide how our brand shows up.
  • Partner with both internal and external creative teams to continuously ideate and execute best-in-class social content that supports business priorities, talent partnership, influencer identification, Fanatics events and campaigns.
  • Use Airtable to maintain a content calendar for social programming, ensuring always-on and up-to-date visibility for key stakeholders and leadership
  • Represent and secure what each channel needs to be successful in cross-functional coordination of campaigns, product launches, updates, and special promotions
  • Partner closely with Community and Customer Support teams to identify opportunities to turn fan engagement into bigger, meaningful brand and content moments
  • Regularly surface feedback, insights, and learnings to improve the audience's experience both within our products and on social channels
  • Track, measure, and contribute performance results and insights at a regular cadence
  • Stay up to date on new trends, techniques and technologies in order to continuously explore new content approaches that push the boundaries of our storytelling
What You Bring

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge and experience bringing breakthrough social content to life for brands or businesses. You also possess a deep passion and understanding of the real money gaming industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience driving social media audience growth for brands or businesses through content-led strategies
  • Expert knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Discord, Reddit, and YouTube, with an emphasis on the nuances of each platform's features and the unique needs and behaviors of each platform's users
  • Experience partnering with creative teams, both internal and agency, with a strong understanding of how to effectively brief, deliver feedback, and project manage
  • Demonstrated success driving earned media through breakthrough social activations.
  • Experience successfully collaborating with influencers and creators on behalf of a brand or business
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail, with proven experience translating brand visual identity, voice and tonality to social
  • Experience working in social media content and performance management systems, such as Sprinkler
  • Strong photographic eye, with the ability to create polished and compelling native content for social media
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build relationships
  • Knowledge of paid advertising and business tools available on TikTok, X, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Prior marketing experience (either brand side or with an agency) in the real money gaming, casino, or betting space, with knowledge of current trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings


*Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $96,000 to $120,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
