Overview

Ask Cathy is looking for a talented videographer to partner with us on a contract basis. This role is focused on creating high-quality listing videos for YouTube, as well as engaging video content for digital ads and team features.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality listing videos for YouTube
• Develop engaging video content for digital ads and team features
• Collaborate with the team to ensure videos meet project goals and brand standards

Qualifications

• Strong eye for detail and composition
• Experience with real estate, lifestyle, or promotional video work is a plus
• Ability to edit polished final videos optimized for web and social platforms
• Reliability, creativity, and a collaborative spirit
• Proficiency with professional video cameras, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, and gimbals/stabilizers
• Drone piloting for aerial home footage
• Lighting setup for interiors (balancing natural light and artificial light)
• Audio capture and cleanup for on-camera interviews and voiceovers
• Strong editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Basic motion graphics and titles in After Effects (or similar)
• Knowledge of exporting formats and aspect ratios for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook ads
