Overview
CTAM (www.ctam.com), a marketing organization leading a national marketing initiative (Smartmove.us) that drives leads to major Internet and Cable TV providers like Comcast, Charter, and Cox, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Buyer. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a results-driven paid social media strategy that supports SmartMove’s business objectives and elevates the brand across all major platforms.
Compensation: $70K - $85K base salary commensurate with experience plus bonus potential
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media marketing including content development, digital marketing, web and social
- Familiarity with the media and entertainment industry is highly preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-platform paid social media strategy (Meta, X [Twitter], Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit) aligned with SmartMove's marketing and lead generation goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations and publishing for all SmartMove social media channels.
- Generate regular performance reports and present actionable insights internally.
- Collaborate with external design agencies to develop compelling creative assets, including crafting briefs and delivering feedback.
- Work collaboratively across functions within a small, agile marketing team, with a proactive approach to supporting broader team needs as they arise.
- Support Sr. Content Manager with organic social media initiatives by helping craft paid strategies and creative assets, as well as boosting organic posts to reach the right audiences based on campaign.
- Upload custom audiences into Meta for targeting and campaign optimization.
- Analyze social media performance and use insights to drive continuous improvement and strategy refinement.
- Track audience growth, engagement rates, and content performance across platforms.
- Identify and pursue emerging social media trends, tools, and opportunities.
Skills and Abilities Required
- 5+ years of professional experience in social media marketing.
- Deep knowledge of all major social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Proven track record of executing social campaigns that drive measurable engagement and business results.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with an ability to translate performance metrics into strategic recommendations.
