Position Overview
The Assistant Media Buyer will support the Investments team on each account from the start of negotiations to the final campaign wrap up. The successful candidate must also be a creative thinker, incorporating the latest media trends and innovations, including streaming video and online video.
Responsibilities
- Invoice maintenance, assisting Negotiators, Supervisors & Managers as assigned
- Entering programming and buys into our system, projecting TV and Radio ratings for future buys
- Pulling market research and tracking delivery of streaming audio and video investments
- Confirming and monitoring media orders with television and digital partners
- Construct post-buy analyses to determine actual delivery of the schedule
- Manage budget summaries, campaign flowcharts, and billing
- Create insertion orders, digital campaign detailed summaries
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
Qualifications
No agency experience required. Ability to work on several projects at once. Internship or relevant coursework preferred. Bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing preferred.
