Noah's Art is seeking a passionate and dedicated Art Studio Assistant to support our children’s art programs. In this role, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, manage staff, and help create an engaging environment for children and their families.

Your contributions will ensure high-quality art instruction while promoting a positive and supportive community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the center, including staff training and effective communication with parents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost enrollment and retain current families.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with young children in an organized play setting.
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong willingness to collaborate and contribute as a dedicated team player.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with staff, parents, and guests.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) while fulfilling job responsibilities.
