We are looking for a seasoned product leader with strong domain expertise in video ad insertion technologies, programmatic, and other related technical and compliance standards. The preferred candidate will have both broad and deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem with an emphasis on measurement products, proven ability to influence and drive vision, goals, and launch complex products across large organizations.
Key job responsibilities include driving the vision, roadmap, and new feature requirements that power Prime Video Ads supply side tech, thinking big to paint clear and impactful vision, and aligning with engineering, business, and other stakeholders on priority and crawl/walk/run phases.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
- Strong domain expertise in video advertising technologies, programmatic ecosystem technologies and related standards
- Broad strategic view of ad-tech trends as well as deep understanding of how the various aspects of the ad-tech ecosystem work together
