Job Overview
As a Social Media / Content Creator, you will collaborate with account managers and clients to develop engaging editorial calendars. You will be responsible for producing high-quality video and audio content, creating visually appealing graphics, and managing social media campaigns from ideation to analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to brainstorm and develop editorial calendars.
- Film, edit, and produce engaging video content, ensuring high-quality audio and visuals.
- Design additional assets such as social media graphics, signage, slide decks, and look books as needed.
- Write, schedule, and analyze social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
- Engage with our social media audiences to foster community and enhance brand loyalty.
- Monitor and report on campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with other design projects as required.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Creative mindset and a passion for storytelling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Paid meta ads management experience
- Willingness to be flexible as our content and design needs change, including interest or ability to help with other design tasks and potentially some copywriting.
Bottom of salary range $$56,664
Top of salary range $$69,256

- Salaried employees work 36 hours per week, and may work whatever combination of days or hours gets them to that amount. Want to work four 9-hour days? Go for it. Want to work seven 5.14 hours days? Great.
