Solomon Page is hiring: Social Content Creator - Gaming in Miami

Overview

We’re looking for a Social Content Creator who can concept, produce, and edit short-form video content that feels native to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This person should have a strong grasp of the gaming world and how it intersects with culture, lifestyle, and entertainment more broadly.

Role details: Part time – 15-20 hours per week to start. Initial contract runs through October with intent to extend. Rate: $35-40/hr.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Deep passion for gaming and gaming culture, with a drive to create content people genuinely want to watch and share.
• Strong creative instincts — able to pitch fresh ideas, identify emerging social trends early, and translate them into engaging branded content.
• Experience filming and editing social-first video content using both in-app tools (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) and editing software such as CapCut.
• Ability to produce memes, TikToks, Shorts, and authentic, witty social copy tailored to native feeds.
• Understanding of how to use trends, duets, memes, and audio to enhance content performance.
• Capability to plan and execute a social content calendar in collaboration with strategists and creatives.
• Knowledge of social KPIs and how to measure and optimize content performance.
• Comfort both behind and in front of the camera is a plus.
• Basic understanding of the social influencer landscape and how creators can be integrated into content.
• Awareness of how social integrates with broader PR and marketing campaigns.

Desired Experience & Expertise

• Proven examples of social content you’ve created (personal channels or brand work).
• Track record of delivering results through creative ideas and campaigns across different budgets and industries.
• Hands-on experience with gaming content and an understanding of what resonates with Gen Z gamers.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts features and best practices.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional creative and strategy teams.
• Excellent knowledge of CapCut and other editing tools.
