Do you dream in concept sketches and 3D renderings?

Are you fueled by the chance to shape bold, experience-driven spaces—from ground-up luxury hotels to completely reimagined destination restaurants?

This is your opportunity to be part of a design-forward studio that values big ideas, creative culture, and a balanced lifestyle.

We’re looking for a Design Architect to join our client's Dallas team and lead the charge on concept development and spatial storytelling for high-profile hospitality projects. This is a collaborative, in-office role where you’ll be surrounded by a dynamic, motivated team that thrives on thoughtful design and a shared sense of purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Envision and develop early-phase concept designs, master plans, and space plans
  • Translate creative ideas into presentation-ready deliverables including elevations, 3D models, and high-impact renderings
  • Pitch and present concepts to both internal teams and clients—storytelling matters here
  • Reimagine existing buildings or craft entirely new destinations
  • Collaborate across the team to ensure design intent flows through every phase—from vision to construction
  • Assist in developing interior architectural details and reviewing drawings and submittals to maintain design alignment

Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years of experience in architecture or interior architecture
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited architecture program
  • Strong concepting and space planning skills
  • Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or high-end residential a plus
  • Registered Architect preferred
  • Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
  • Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools
  • Familiarity with building codes and ADA/Fair Housing/IBC regulations
  • Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive

Why Join?

  • Be part of a firm that’s known for its elevated hospitality design and creative momentum
  • Enjoy a workplace culture that supports lifestyle balance and fosters professional growth
  • Work on exciting national and international projects in a fast-paced, ideas-first studio environment
  • Competitive Annual Salary + Bonus Structure - Profit Sharing + Full Benefits Package
