Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of home goods, selling directly to major retailers world-wide. They are known for its product innovation, successful fashion integration, high quality standards, and perfect delivery

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Designer to assist with the design and development of home fashion products. This role requires a strong understanding of textiles, technical design and current market trends. This position is currently a hybrid of work at office, work from home and retail store visits.

Senior Designer Responsibilities:

• Design and develop bath collections in alignment with retail and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams including design, brand directors, factory team for timely product development and sampling.
• Work with the VP of Design to create market product and showroom collections
• Present concepts and product line reviews internally and to external customers.
• Stay informed on consumer and retail interests, market innovations, and emerging trends to guide design and development.
• Create technical design cads for concepts through final sampling.
• Maintain detailed documentation and organization of design files and product specifications.

Senior Designer Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in home textiles with a focus on bath products preferred.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong aesthetic sense, with an eye for color, materials, and emerging trends within the home category.
