Key Responsibilities
- Provide editorial planning and execution for daily coverage and special projects
- Manage a team of reporters and freelancers, focusing on their organization and growth
- Assign articles and edit online content, newsletters, and morning briefs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an editorial role, including team management
- Experience in business-to-business reporting; commercial real estate reporting is a plus
- Strong management style that is clear, friendly, and goals-based
- Proven experience in editing and recruiting high-caliber writers
- Familiarity with content management systems and basic SEO knowledge
