Join one of Asia’s fastest-growing beauty companies as they expand their global presence. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how a dynamic brand shows up through creators and celebrity partnerships, amplifying culturally relevant stories and building brand fame across Western markets. The role will be based remotely in the United States.

In this role, you will lead the global influencer strategy for Western markets, partnering with celebrity and top-tier creators (think A-list) to drive brand awareness and cultural relevance. You’ll source and negotiate high-impact talent, orchestrate always-on initiatives and marquee moments across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, and integrate with Brand, PR, and Social to scale reach, EMV, share of voice, and positive sentiment.

About the Role

Own end-to-end strategy and execution for A-list creators. The primary objective is brand awareness. Think reach, Earned Media Value (EMV), share of voice (SOV), sentiment, and brand/search lift instead of pure conversions.

What You’ll Do

  • Build always-on + tentpole creator plans for Western markets
  • Source, pitch, and close celebrity/macro creators; expand to credible lifestyle talent
  • Brief creators; oversee content from pre-prod to publish across TikTok/YouTube/IG
  • Integrate with PR/Social/Retail to amplify awareness moments (press trips, events)
  • Track awareness KPIs (reach, impressions, EMV, SOV, sentiment, video completion rate) and share clear insights
  • Ensure FTC/ASA compliance and brand safety
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Asia HQ across time zones

What You’ll Bring

  • 3 to 5 years in influencer/creator marketing; agency background preferred
  • Beauty category experience (priority); lifestyle adjacency a plus
  • Proven celebrity/macro dealmaking and talent-manager relationships
  • Platform-native instincts (TikTok/YouTube/IG) and comfort with awareness metrics
  • Strong project management and crisp communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
