Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online AP English Literature and Composition tutoring aligned to student needs.
• Adapt lessons to different learning styles and personalize instruction.
• Use the platform to conduct sessions remotely and manage tutoring interactions.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and an engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in AP English Literature and Composition with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to tailor lessons to individual learners and their goals.
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience and/or graduate-level education preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and can increase for specialized subjects, with potential to earn up to $40/hour with the same student over time.
• Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions conducted and invoiced.
