About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead its brand, demand generation, and customer lifecycle marketing. The successful candidate will be a strategic, performance-driven leader with a proven track record in performance marketing, particularly in digital and local channels. Responsibilities include developing and executing integrated annual marketing plans, owning the marketing P&L and budget, and driving sales growth through high-quality lead generation and conversion. The CMO will also be tasked with brand stewardship, leading go-to-market strategies for new services and markets, and managing a multi-disciplinary marketing team. A strong background in brand and communications, lead generation, sales enablement, analytics, and business intelligence is essential. The ideal CMO for the company will have experience in industries with similar service models and recurring revenue, such as home security, home services, media and tech, retail wellness, automotive services, and retail financial services. They should be adept at building integrated brand playbooks, driving awareness, and differentiation through storytelling, and be comfortable leading a data-informed organization. The role requires a leader who can build and scale high-performing marketing teams, attract top talent, and manage a modern marketing tech stack. The CMO will work closely with the executive team to shape and execute the company's growth strategy, with a focus on both organic and inorganic growth, and will be instrumental in the company's expansion into new markets and service lines.
