Overview

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $45–$65/hour (based on experience and location)

Location: Remote

Duration: 2–3 months (with potential extensions)

Commitment: 30–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee and structure multimedia production pipelines to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain continuity across scenes and sequences for coherence in AI training datasets.
• Design and refine visual effects to enhance production and post-production quality.
• Review AI-generated outputs, providing detailed feedback for realism, polish, and cinematic standards.
• Collaborate with researchers and creative teams to refine production/post-production workflows.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in film, television, or multimedia production.
• Proven expertise in producing, directing, or post-production supervision.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Nuke).
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and continuity.
• Ability to work independently, deliver high-quality results remotely, and manage deadlines.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
