Mission.org is a network of award-winning podcasts that we own and operate, reaching C-Suite and VP-level audiences across business and technology. Our shows set the conversation for industries — and we partner with some of the most innovative companies in the world to make that happen.

We’re looking for a Senior Producer who wants to be at the center of a fast-growing media network. Someone who can live in the weeds of production, zoom out to design better systems, and push the creative vision forward when making inspiring and entertaining business content. You’ll be part operator, part creative powerhouse, and part scrappy startup hustler — helping us scale a network of shows that we own, direct, and grow.

This isn’t the kind of role where you tinker with one episode for weeks. At Mission, we produce at startup velocity: multiple shows, dozens of episodes, thousands of content assets, multiple platform strategies, and constant experimentation. If that excites you, you might be our person.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead production across Mission’s owned shows — from content development and scheduling through editing, publishing, and performance tracking.
  • Drive the creative direction: shape narratives, elevate stories, and ensure our shows stand out in a crowded market.
  • Collaborate with innovative partners (think Fortune 2000 companies and industry leaders) while keeping Mission’s shows at the center of the conversation.
  • Scale systems: streamline repetitive tasks, create playbooks, and make our high-output production more efficient every month.
  • Transform raw conversations into gold: episodes → articles, videos, audiograms, LinkedIn clips, and more.
  • Consult and coach executives on best practices so their voices shine on our platform.
  • Spot gaps and opportunities: propose new show ideas, smarter distribution, or better production processes.
  • Flex into any role: writing show notes, cutting clips, drafting articles — whatever moves the shows forward.
  • Fuel growth: help expand Mission’s network by renewing partners and identifying new opportunities to launch shows.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in podcasting or high-velocity media production (radio, sports, newsrooms, editorial — you thrive under deadlines).
  • Proven ability to run multiple shows and projects simultaneously without losing quality.
  • Strong understanding of business, technology, and SaaS — able to turn technical insights into compelling stories.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling chops.
  • Builder mindset — you naturally look for ways to make processes smarter and faster.
  • Project management pro: organized, proactive, and trusted to deliver.
  • Confident working directly with executives and partners — professional, but approachable.
  • Entrepreneurial energy: you like solving problems on the fly, experimenting, and making things happen.
