Overview

This role is based in New York with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week. The position focuses on breaking exclusive hedge fund news by developing a wide source network and reporting for an audience of allocators, managers and service providers. The hedge fund coverage is a key part of the business, with a global editorial team of over 100 journalists.

The base pay range is $75,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr. Location: New York (3 days in our office).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong balance of independent and team-driven approach to work
• Build and maintain a contact book of senior industry professionals
• Break exclusive hedge fund news with an intelligent and authoritative tone
• Represent With Intelligence at events in New York City and across the country

Requirements

• Must be willing to work in New York at least three days a week
• Attend occasional evening networking events
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to handle multiple stories at once
• No prior hedge fund reporting experience is needed
• Asset management reporting experience is preferred
