Role Mission
The SEO Growth Strategist will design and execute scalable strategies that grow Prop Firm Match Global FZCO's organic reach, visibility, and authority. Beyond technical fixes, this role connects SEO with business priorities — identifying growth opportunities, shaping content strategy, and building systems that translate search demand into measurable revenue impact.

- Build and execute a scalable SEO growth strategy (first 60-90 days; ongoing)
- Conduct an SEO opportunity analysis across technical, content, and off-page levers.
- Translate findings into a prioritized growth roadmap with clear revenue and traffic potential.
- Partner with product, content, and engineering to align roadmap with business priorities and report growth opportunities in business terms.
- Drive measurable organic traffic and visibility growth (quarter 1-2)
- Deliver sustained increases in impressions, CTR, and rankings for high-intent keywords.
- Create SEO playbooks for new pages, product launches, and content formats.
- Identify and scale opportunities for featured snippets, schema, and topical authority.
- Track keyword clusters tied to user journeys (trader education, firm comparisons, reviews).
- Establish scalable SEO systems and processes (quarter 1-3)
- Implement dashboards to track traffic, keyword rankings, conversion impact, and ROI.
- Introduce monitoring/alerting for ranking shifts, content decay, or technical blockers.
- Document workflows that integrate SEO checkpoints into content and product pipelines.
- Ensure SEO impact is visible at the leadership level via quarterly growth reviews.
- Connect SEO with business growth and cross-functional priorities (ongoing)
- Translate SEO wins and opportunities into financial impact.
- Partner with marketing and product to co-create campaigns that capture high-value search demand.
- Recommend and test growth experiments (internal linking hubs, SERP feature targeting, new landing page strategies).
- Serve as the internal champion for organic growth, influencing product/content roadmaps.
Requirements
Candidate Profile
- 5-7+ years in SEO with a focus on growth strategy (not only technical optimization).
- Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth that translated into business results.
- Strong mix of technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics skills.
- Familiar with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Looker/Data Studio.
- Comfortable building dashboards and connecting SEO metrics to business KPIs.
- Strong communicator, able to influence cross-functional teams and explain impact to leadership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — eager to experiment, measure, and scale what works.
- Async-first communicator; clear documentation skills.
